As an Executive Wellness Coach and Public Speaker, I support high-performing leaders, executives, and teams in building the stability needed to sustain energy, make clear decisions, and maintain consistent performance, even in high-pressure environments.

My background spans health coaching, psychology and conflict resolution, including a Certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a Master’s in Peace and Conflict Resolution from the European Peace University, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Calgary. My training is further complemented by extensive personal development in leadership, stress management and holistic wellness.
I bring over 15 years of coaching experience and have delivered corporate programs since 2018 for organizations such as TC Energy, Fluor, Workday, Teck Resources, and Pason Systems and many more.
Earlier in my career I spent 14 years at Immigrant Services Calgary supporting French-, Spanish-, and Polish-speaking newcomers, an experience that shaped my ability to work compassionately and effectively with diverse teams and leadership styles.
Today my work integrates physiology, behavior, and practical daily habits with science-backed strategies, intuitive guidance, and real-world experience to help leaders maintain focus, communicate with clarity, and sustain energy without burning out.
