Hi, I’m Magdalena!
I’m a Certified Health Coach and Public Speaker. I’m passionate about teaching employees how to implement super simple yet powerful ways to make their bodies healthy and strong, and their minds focused and calm. My workshops are fun, interactive and full of humour – and most of all, highly effective! The tools I teach are easy to implement and remember.
My credentials: I have a Health Coaching Certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a Master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution Studies from the European Peace University and a Bachelor degree in Psychology (with a minor in Spanish) from the University of Calgary. I have also attended countless personal development courses, ranging from weekend-long to six-month- long courses on personal development, leadership skills, stress management, nutrition and many other wellness topics.
My educational background has equipped me with being able to approach people with compassion and to work in ethnically diverse environments. I also worked at Immigrant Services Calgary for 14 years, a non-profit organization where I helped French, Spanish and Polish speaking immigrants settle into the city.
I have been health coaching clients for over 10 years and running corporate workshops since 2018 for such companies as TC Energy, Fluor, Workday, Teck Resources and many more.
